Plastic & Mould Division established in 1998, with more than 200 staffs, concentrating on plastic mould products design and R&D , owns precision production checking equipments 30 sets, such as the CNC, the EDM, the wire cutting machine, precision grinding machine; imported injection molding machine 50 sets. The mould annual production capacity had exceeded 500 sets since the department founded. The company was implementing ISO9001:2000, ISO/TS16949:2002 quality control system.

Currently, this department mainly manufactures products’ mould and molding for GPS, PMP, MP3, Mobile phone, automobile electron, security system and connections, all of which are exported to over 40 countries and regions. So as to meet the increasing quality requirement from customers, the company devotes to manufacturing high quality and accuracy mould all along. With the spirit of unceasing self- innovation and pursuing transcendence, Longhorn is resolute to be one of the most excellent national enterprise.
